1. Our Philosophy & Approach
At Moment Studios, we don’t just deliver services — we build systems that help businesses grow through client acquisition, brand growth, and content distribution.
We focus only on clients who deliver true value in their industries. If your product or service is not of genuine quality, we are not the right fit.
We work with precision and depth, not as a “do-everything agency.” Our core systems are:
Client Acquisition System (paid advertising, sales funnels, conversion optimization).
Brand Growth & Content Distribution System (organic growth, multi-platform content strategy, and authority building).
We believe in long-term partnerships, not one-off gigs.
2. Services Provided
Moment Studios provides, but is not limited to, the following services:
Paid advertising campaign strategy & management
Sales funnel design & optimization
Content strategy, repurposing, and distribution
Social media growth frameworks
Analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
Any additional services outside the scope of our systems will be defined explicitly in written agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your business, services, and products.
Ensure that your product/service is legal, ethical, and valuable to customers.
Cooperate by providing timely feedback, access to accounts, and required materials.
Respect agreed deadlines for approvals, payments, and deliverables.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if your product/service violates ethical or legal standards.
4. Fees & Payments
All fees are outlined in the proposal or agreement prior to the start of work.
Payments are due as specified in the invoice (typically upfront, monthly, or milestone-based).
Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is made.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Results Disclaimer
- While our systems are designed to maximize growth and client acquisition, we cannot guarantee specific revenue or profit outcomes, as success depends on factors outside of our control (industry conditions, client product quality, customer behavior, etc.).
- We guarantee that all campaigns and strategies are executed with professional expertise, transparency, and data-driven decisions.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the partnership, including business strategies, financial data, and client/customer details.
We may use aggregated, anonymized performance data for marketing and case study purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
- All creative assets, campaigns, and deliverables produced by Moment Studios remain our property until full payment is received.
- After payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work (ads, designs, campaigns) in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
Client termination: Requires 30 days written notice. Outstanding payments must be settled.
Agency termination: We may terminate immediately if the client fails to pay, provides false information, engages in unethical practices, or damages our reputation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Moment Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service that caused the issue.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
